Issues changing email

Sorry to hear about the issue! In order for you to use the email address associated with Joa Persoa on your Zemathas account, you will need to first remove the email address from your Joa Persoa account in order for you to add this to your Zemathas account.
Before you remove the email from your account, you will need to first add a new email address. This may be why you received the reserved domain error. Once you have tried removing the email account from your Joa Persoa account, try adding it your Zemathas

If you know the email address, try resetting the password on account.live.com by clicking the link labeled "can't access your account". If you are able to reset it, sign in to account.live.com and click on Security Info in the grey strip to the left. It
is going to ask you to prove you own the account by sending you an email or text, or asking you a security question. If you can use one of these options, doing so will take you to your security proofs screen. Once there, make sure the alternate email, phone
number and security question sections are updated. As far as the invalid credit card goes, you may have to put another one on or call Xbox Support.
