Issues cancelling auto renewal

I have followed the instructions on both the website and the console to cancel the auto renewal of my Xbox Live membership, however I am receiving an error on both the console and the website. This is what the error looks like on the website: http://i.imgur.com/8C4aw3F.png

I've allowed my membership to be renewed a few too many times now, as I have not played games frequently in a over a year. I wish to cancel my subscription.

I am trying to cancel my auto renewal but get the following error: An error occured cancelling automatic renewal.

Is there another way to cancel the auto renewal?

Me too. Ironically 5 seconds after cancelling my auto renewal. Someone's playing hardball.

I canceled my renewal and they still took money off my card. It was canceled way before the next billing date any ideas what to do?
