    Issues after new Xbox experience update


    Since my the latest update was applied to my console, I have noticed a few issues. The first issue is that when I hit the Xbox button on the remote, it takes twice as long to get to the home screen as it did before. Secondly, The "Xbox turn off" command
    often doesn't work at all. Lastly, occasionally, the console will not power off my Directv box or my TV when turning off the Xbox. I've re-calibrated the Kinect a few times for the voice issues and I have also deleted my TV and DirecTv settings from the console
    and re-set it up to see if that worked and it didn't.

    Just curious, did your issues start after the New Xbox Experience update(what a joke, should have called the "Make Your System Buggy Update")? I have had video "stutter" issues since the update, and supposedly they will be fixed in Feb with the next big
    update, including Blu Ray issues.

    Hey mate,

    It might sound really simple, but have you tried giving your console a hard boot?

    To do this, you just need to have the console on, then hold the power button down for 10seconds until it switches off. Then leave it for a minute of two before turning it on again, and trying again Issues after new Xbox experience update :)

  6. After the newest update I have been unable to play any of my games... It says it can't acces my latest save data, I can try again (Doesn't work) or play offline. What do I do?

  7. It would seem as if I have solved my issue NO THANKS TO MS! I was troubleshooting, hard rebooting and reading up on possible solutions on the internet. Then I found out I had to manually get an update...
