Issues accessing support

I need to speak to someone from support to access the warranty on my Xbox Series S. The callback feature isnt working, the web link throws up various error messages to me at the final step when I do a service request and when I call the call centre, it sends me round in circles in the menu then ends the call. I have been trying to resolve this now for a few hours and im getting more and more frustrated. Does anyone have a number I can call to speak to a real person, or a live chat link?

2. This will take you to a small prompt. Kindly select your responses to every question and select Next.

3. If you are not signed into your Xbox account. You will be prompted of this otherwise you will have your options to contact Xbox Support.

Hello Littlesue,

When you go to sign in don't select get me an email address. Just enter the email and then password. If still saying it is in use, the account may not been removed fully from the console. Since the profile is already off the console try a

soft factory reset. Make sure you select keep games and apps. Also do as suggested by Randy go to
account website make sure you are able to sign in there too.

When you are asked to speak to the virtual agent at the
Xbox Live Support site, you can decline it and get other options, such as requesting a free callback or chatting in real-time with a real Microsoft agent.

In the meantime, have you tried signing into the
Xbox website using your son's account, to make sure it works properly?

Bypass the virtual assistant by clicking more options underneath them. You'll be asked to select a topic and then given other options for contacting support which include chat and requesting a call back. If you don't see those options, change your topic.

That's really odd, in my case the support options are available

Did you try using another wifi network or a different device to see if that makes the trick?

Or, in case you have a VPN, firewall or proxy service active, try disabling it temporarily.

Also, if you're on windows PC try using the "Get Help" app available on the system.

If maybe you think I can assist you with your issue, feel free to tell me what's going on (here in the community forums is not possible to access/view/share info from a Microsoft account, please keep that in mind)
