Issues accessing DLC

I am experiencing an issue where i have downloaded all of the DLC for rise of the tomb raider but i can not access the content (skins + weapons) the supply or reward packs are not opening and the skins and weapons are not showing in my inventory.

I have tried uninstalling and re installing both game and dlc's 5 times still the issue persists

The packages just say that the dlc is purchases and appear as pending re enter the market place and try again but this does nothing.

is there any fix or a way to get the content i paid for.

Hello Anaclara,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue accessing the DLC for Borderlands 2. We recommend to try installing the game to hard drive and then the DLC. Sometimes if you are just playing from disk and the DLC is installed, there are issues
accessing it.

It sounds to me like the there's an issue with the game/disc itself as opposed to the DLC. Are you able to try a friend's copy to see if it can access the DLC?

Looking forward to this. I would have liked for some primary weapons to be included in the DLC, but then again not everyone will have access to the DLC weapons, balance issues, etc

I too have the issue of not being able to access DLC's acquired by License transfer, such as "Escalation".
