    Issue with Xbox Sign-In – Redirecting to Incorrect Account


    Hello everyone,

    I’m encountering an issue with my Xbox Live account. Every time I try to sign in with my correct username Amar2801 and email, I’m being redirected to a different account, BCAmar, which I am currently logged into. Although I am logged into this account, I want to get back to my original profile.

    I’ve already tried resetting my password twice, but I keep receiving the error message "We can't sign you in" and "Too many failed attempts", despite this being the first time I’m trying to log in.

    Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any advice on how to resolve this conflict and regain access to my original account would be greatly appreciated.

    I had the exact same issue. I just resolved the issue by browsing to pandora.com/deactivate on Xbox. Then I went to pandora.com (redirects to tv.pandora.com/xbox). It asked me to sign in again and then it worked fine.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    It can be on a different Microsoft account that you own. If you check subscription through Xbox App and then redirected on a browser you will be automatically signed in on the Microsoft account signed in from there.

    Kindly check all Microsoft accounts that you own.
