    Issue with Xbox rewards 'freedom awards' mission


    i referred a friend to the 'freedom awards' mission for fallout shelter. The request correctly showed as pending so she downloaded the game and purchased some in-app content. She has been playing a lot so she has downloaded more since then. I returned to
    check my account a number of times but it still showed the request as pending. I checked again today and it doesn't show anymore. It now lists her as a friend I can refer as though I'd never done it.

    Please assist as I have followed the instructions listed.

    The in-game offer and our FREEdom Rewards offer are two separate offers. Since you did not refer your friend on the FREEdom Rewards page, you have not yet begun our FREEdom Rewards offer, so you have not been awarded.

    All your tokens from the FREEdom Rewards offer can be found at the bottom of the FREEdom Rewards offer located on the MyMissions page: (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/redemption-codes/)

    These are tokens that you have to redeem. They are not automatically awarded to you in-game.
