issue with xbox preview dashboard

i am having connectivity issius on xbox one console after last beta update. I can´t no access to the app, i can´t no report issius from app. i need help.

Xbox One Dashboard Slow & Laggy

I went on vacation for 10 days and remember the Xbox One dashboard being fast and responsive with no issues prior to leaving. After returning, I've noticed the dashboard is slower and laggy, to the point where it's annoying. I've done a hard reset and also gave it a few days before typing this, still the same. Was there an update or something? Anyone else experiencing issues?

I'm not in the preview program and on an Xbox One X.

 

Xbox Preview Dashboard Issue

Me and my husband each has a profile and 2 consoles. We each got into the preview dashboard however somehow my husbands got on both consoles I tried to remove one of the consoles from his activation but it is still telling me that my console is still registered
to another account. How can I correct this?

If you have no access and get a "Group not found" error then please make a new post in this forum stating that you're a Preview member but have no access to the private Preview forums and would like to be granted access
