Issue with Xbox One.

Hello! I'm having an issue with my Xbox one, I'm not sure if it's my controller or what, but whenever I'm on the Xbox One Dash board I cannot click on anything, nothing seems to load up, I can scroll back and forth fine but clicking on anything isn't working
it shows the app or whatever I'm trying to click on highlighted so it recognizes that I'm pressing A so my A button works perfectly fine. My controller is connected to my console, the light is on and my batteries are fully charged. I've had this issue in the
past and it fixed by it's self just by simply restarting my console but now it's constant and I can't even use my Xbox One. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Issue with Xbox one headset

This is my second headset the first one had a mic issue and now the second one has a headset issue why are these headsets breaking so easily? Makes me not want another.

Turn off your system as you normally would then unplug the power supply from the wall outlet or surge protector for about 45 seconds. Turn on console and see if that fixes your issue.

Hello, there are some ways, try to change controller batteries. Do a hard reset (hold power for 15 seconds) if you have a connect you can say Xbox launch (Name) until you find a solution. Also, make sure you don't have the connect screen on, try saying (Xbox

I have the same issue, strange we both have the issue with Fortnite, was okay until i started playing that game.

No worries I doubt its the controller more chance it being the headset adapter, I have looked around the preview forums lots there with this problem so it will be looked at, one other thing I found make sure your Kinect mic is unchecked for chat.

Have you done all the tests in networks what is your NAT type, are you wired/wireless, in advanced settings as anything change mine are on auto, Also when you do a reset unplug from mains for at least 30 seconds up to 5 minutes, don't use a power strip.

Give it time if you factory reset you will have to install everything again try a couple of hard resets
