    Issue with xbox one update preview app


    I recently had to send my xbox one in for repair due to a faulty hard drive. I was registered for the update program but I believe they sent me a console with a different console Id as the app is gone and I am no longer receiving
    early updates. The program was initially by invitation only, so I can't just download it again and re register. Is there anything that can be done to rectify this situation and get me back on the list?

    I thank you in advance for your time and your expedited attempt to resolve this frustrating predicament.

    A new update of the Xbox One is in preview; improves the party chat

    Please note that Microsoft has just released a new update for the participants in the Xbox preview programme One; as mentioned previously, for December are not particularly important updates, and this goes to settle some issues relating to the group chat. As always, who is part of the preview can download it manually from the system settings and then take part in the various tests/surveys provided by the program's preview app.

    Issue with xbox one update preview app

    As your gamertag still should be registered to the preview program you should also still have access to the preview registration forums. This would be the right place to ask for support on your issue.

    Meanwhile check out if the preview dashboard app appears at "ready to install" in the games and app section. If it does, install it and register your console with the app. If not, well, the registration support forum is the place for you.

    Just one more thing: please do never post personal information like your emailadress here in the forums.
