    thar account has been banned by enforcement team

    Since you are in the Xbox One preview program, be sure to report the issue with the Feedback app. After reporting though the app, I suggest sticking the the Preview forums for additional assistance just in case it could be related.

    Sorry you're having issues getting to your preview app. If you've deleted the Xbox Live service message with the link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app or it expired, please post in the private Xbox One preview forum.
