    Hi!

    So I play the new game F1 2020. If you play that game, there is this challenge to do 3 league races. So I'm trying to get on the Leagues section to join some. When I do, it says: "To do this, change a setting. You cannot see content other people make because
    of how your account is set up. To change this, customize......" My account is on THE MOST SOCIAL SETTINGS AND MY AGE IS 18+!!!!! I've done everything from logging out and in, and restarting the console. Anybody know the issue???

    On the enforcement website, it does not come back with the SN. It shows the following error:

    Unable to detect the state of this serial number at this time, please connect this device to Xbox Live.

    The device is registered and i had an active xbox live connection a year ago.

    This all sounds a little weird. Can you hop over to the Enforcement website and run the console's serial number through the check to make sure this isn't a console ban issue?

    enforcement.xbox.com/.../consolecheck

    Assuming it's not a console ban, you can download the latest console update to a CD/DVD or a flash drive and apply it that way:

    support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-info

    Hopefully with the newest software update the console will allow you to reconnect to Xbox Live.
