    Issue with xbox live gold membership


    I purchased the $1 Xbox Live Gold black friday deal and i tried playing a game and tried joining party but it just took me to a page to buy an xbox live gold membership. So i kept trying to play a game and join a party, I even restarted my xbox, removed
    my account from my xbox and put it back back on but still didnt work. So i purchased the $10.95 xbox live gold membership and it still didnt work.

    Issue with xbox live gold membership

    I have the same issue, my subscription tells me that i have xbox live gold until 25-02-2018. But i can't use any xbox live gold features.

    Unfortunately Live can be very slow in updating accounts so the correct membership level is reflected. I know someone who didn't get his Gold activated until two days after he redeemed the code.

    All you can do is wait for the system to catch up. If after 24 hours it still isn't working then a call to Support would be your best bet.

    Having the exact same issue here. I've tried everything, like also removing my account and hard resetting my Xbox but nothing seems to work. My account says it should renew next month, and I can see the money has already been removed
    from my bank account. I can't play ANY games online, it's really frustrating! I will be calling Microsoft Support tomorrow morning.

    Credits for renewing your Xbox Live Gold membership will appear on your MyRewards page within 2 days of your current Xbox Live Gold membership ending and the new one beginning. In addition, if you allow your Xbox Live Gold membership to expire before you
    renew your Xbox Live Gold membership, you will be ineligible for this offer.

    Although I have a XBOX Live Gold when I try to purchase NBA 2K16 it asks me to make a new subscription

    The free month with gold membership is a trial period and doesn't offers all the privileges of the paid gold membership. I suggest you to purchase xbox live gold membership to enjoy the full privileges of this membership.
