    Issue with Xbox live deal.


    Hi, recently I saw a post on my homescreen on my Xbox one, it said that if you bought 3 months or a year of gold that you would get a code for minecraft Xbox one edition. I clicked on that tab and bought 3months. My live is working however I have still not
    recieved my code for minecraft. I bought the live under the deal on Sunday and it is now Thursday. I have already talked to customer support on the phone and they said that someone on here could help me with getting my code for the game

    It's not a system issue, it's an Xbox Live issue. Xbox Live is down for everyone, they were attacked (DDoS) by a group known as Lizard Squad and are still either dealing with the attack or dealing with the ramifications of that attack.

    Deals with Gold game prices taken down already?

    In addition, just to make sure it wasn't an issue only through Xbox live, the prices are also incorrect on the web through Xbox.com. It only seems to be affecting the Deals with Gold on Xbox One, the Xbox 360 deal prices are correct.
