    issue with xbox live card. unloadable


    I purchased a 50$ XBOX gift card and it wont load. There is nobody to contact and the online support does not have any option to assist me. The store i purchased it from instructed me to call Microsoft but all help is online and no matter how i asked or describe the problem it is not helping. I just want a call so that I can explain the issue. So frustrating !!!!!

    I purchased a Microsoft Xbox Live Gift card for 50 dollars. Came home scratched the redemption code to hard and the last 2 digits are not readable. It can't be returned and so far after many attempts the online support has not provided any assistance. I need a new redempton code.

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

    Unload a game?

    I think if it's still loading, then you can push the XBOX button and then the menu button when you get to the home screen. Scroll down and hit quit.
