Issue with xbox connection with microsoft account

Hello,

I'm seeking for help about an issue i'm meeting on my xbox.

Since Yesterday evening, i've been trying to launch the xbox, but my account is disconnected unusually, and when i try to log back in, it says to try again later cause the xbox was unable to login, and check the error : 0x87DD0017

I tried everything, put all the connection to the test, and the xbox tells me everything is fine... i don't understand what could explain what's going on... any idea ? thank you very much

Help with Origin

Is it possible for Xbox/Microsoft to terminate/cut the current connection between the Xbox profile and the EA account associated with said Microsoft account. So that the player may link to the proper EA account to their GT. It doesn't sound too hard setup
for resolving this issue.

No way to log in with another MS Account?

Same issue.

Logged into windows, email, etc with account A

Logged into xbox app. with account B.

Microsft Solitaire logs in with account B (correct).

Microsoft Mahjong logs in with account B (correct).

Microsoft Minesweeper logs in with account A (incorrect).

Microsoft Sudoku logs in with account A (incorrect).

Incognito mode doesn't solve this. The issue seems to be that the process for connecting epic account to xbox requires logging into a microsoft account, BUT there is no microsoft login for a child account on xbox.

If the login flow added a step that allowed a parent to choose which one of their family xbox usernames to connect to epic, this would solve the issue.

If you can connect to Xbox Live it's not a connection issue, it may be your Microsoft account, Remove your Xbox Live account and re-download it but only remove the profile not the items and redownload it and it should work, If not please contact our support.

If you are having network issues, start here:

Test your network connection

If your Xbox 360 console is unable to connect to Xbox Live, the first step is to run the network connection test on your console. If this test is successful, your console will connect to Xbox Live. If the connection test is not successful, you’ll see an
error message, which should help to identify the specific issue that’s preventing your console from connecting.

To run the network connection test, follow these steps:

Press the Guide button on your controller.
Select Settings, System Settings, and then Network Settings.
Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.
Select Test Xbox Live Connection.

Note If your Xbox 360 console is unable to detect your wireless network, it won’t be able to run the network connection test. If this is the case, go to the Xbox
