    Issue with Xbox Accessories page


    I'm having a few issues at the moment.

    Firstly, the new Plantronics Rig 500 headset that is less than a week old suddenly stopped being able to function with sending or receiving chat audio. It's plugged directly into the 3.5mm audio port of an Elite controller that was bought at the same time.

    After the latest update, I also cannot access the Kinect & Devices - Xbox Accessories page to adjust controller settings, and am wondering if that may have something to do with the audio issue. I can open the Accessories page, but the "loading circle just
    keeps spinning...
