    Hey Xbox insiders Team,

    after resetting my XBOX One S Console bc it didn`t went online to xbox live any longer, since there were no network errors shown, the following error appears. Also if i check online connection everything is fine. An Offline Udate via OSU1 is not possible bc of insider Update in Box.

    Is there any possibility to get an OSU1 beta Update für unbrick console?

    Would appreciate so much.

    Hello BossDad,

    If you are still enrolled in the insider program, when you do a reset it will update again to the updates in the insider program. You can go to the

    Insider forum on reddit     and see if this is a known issue with the updates the program receives.

    Xbox One will not Power Up after an Update yesterday

    If you're in the insider's program you accept the risks that come with it unfortunately. There may not be much you can do.
    I actually opted out of the insider program updates last year, so the update that caused this issue was a normal update. I am still an Insider, but I do not receive the insider updates on my Xbox One.

    There is an option to
    submit feedback as an Xbox Insider    . There is a
    subreddit for the Xbox Insider program     where our users can post about any issue they are experiencing. We recommend providing feedback to our engineers so they may resolve the issue on the next update. If you would like to remove that console from the Xbox
    Insider program, we recommend using the article entitled
    Xbox Insider Program FAQ    . Be sure to let us know the results!
