Issue with Turtle Beach XO4s.

I have a pair of XO4s and today all of a sudden I can no longer hear my own voice through the headset. I've tried unplugging everything, using a different controller, soft resetting, hard resetting, clearing the cache and it still doesn't work. Does anyone
know a fix? Thanks for your time.

Gaming on a (quality) headphone makes a hell of a difference in terms of quality and immersive

I use the Turtle Beach XO4 Stealth and they great quality for the price.

Hey Ghost7964796479!

When you're using your headset are others still able to hear you, or is your headset not picking up your audio at all? Just to test, try opening up the Skype app and selecting the Skype Test Call in your contacts. Run through the test and let us know if
you're able to hear yourself through that test call. If you're not able to hear yourself you may need to replace your headset or Stereo Headset Adapter (if you're currently using an adapter)

If you're using an Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter, do you have any friends you can borrow one from to test? Just want to help narrow this down. You may also want to try a different headset with your controller to see if there is any change.

My friends are able to hear me and I can hear myself when I do the Skype test call. I'm not using an Xbox One stereo adapter, I'm using a Turtle Beach XO audio controller. I was able to hear my voiced playback through the headset until all of a sudden it
stopped working. Thanks for the response

Turtle beach has two Xbox1 compatible headsets. The XO4 and the XO7.

I've got turtle beach xo4 and use the headset adaptor and I can hear all game sounds and chat no problems
