    In order to create a new Microsoft account, this puzzle must be completed. You have to rotate the image so that the "front image is the correct way up."

    The puzzle itself is needlessly difficult and frustrating to complete, it could be that it's bugged and never passes you, but I think it's just unreasonably difficult.

    After trying to complete it for around a half-hour, I was unable to pass it and gave up.

    It doesn't seem to have any leeway, there are 20 of them, you're timed, and a lot of the images are nearly indecipherable.

    There is a "Start over with a different challenge" button, but that doesn't work.

    To be clear, I don't think it is an error with my browser or anything like that, I think the challenge is just borderline impossible for a person to complete.

    I'm not sure if it's relevant but I was trying to create a new account, and I did try it on a different browser, my browser was updated, and I did reload several times.

    I'm not exactly sure how a puzzle like this got added, seeing as it's nearly impossible for a person to do, but I haven't actually seen anyone be able to pass it so, that seems like a pretty big issue.

    As per the above FAQ...

    How can I prevent the mouse from rotating the puzzles?

    You can completely turn off mouse rotation under Settings -> Game Options -> Mouse-drag Rotation. Note that turning this off means you will need to click the in-game rotate arrows or press A and D on your keyboard to rotate puzzles.

    Set Game Option as such. Mouse still rotating puzzle randomly. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

    I am having a similar issue. I purchased a new pack yesterday - tokens were subtracted from account but I did not receive the new puzzles. I also don't want to redo the old puzzles in order to get enough tokens for a new pack of puzzles.
