Issue with the latest update and library of games

Since the latest Dashboard update, if the console starts disconnected for some reason and you go to "My games and apps", the library disappears like if there were no games installed. To avert this issue, I have to manually refresh the home screen by hitting
the Xbox button, Menu button then clicking on Refresh.

My console is set as home, this issue didnt happen before and even if my account wasnt set as Home, the library was not supposed to disappear like that

thats a really odd bug I would probably try to report that so it can get fixed and someone who fixes these things at Microsoft will have a better chance at seeing it

Hi there, are you an xbox one inside team? If you are try to report it by holding the xbox button for a couple second and there an option on the bottom of it its going to say report a problem and the do that.

It happened to me and I solve it by restarting the console by pressing the button 20 seconds

This question is asked everyday, I think the forum needs a design or pinning for some of these issues. Your question is a very valid one its just been asked so much so many times . Just restart your device and it should be ok. You dont have to do a complete
hard reset. Do the basic checks first. I assumed it worked a few days ago correct so its probably a rest issue unplug it etc plug it back in restart .
