Issue with the Background and Tile transparency.

Hey friends,

My console is up to date, but about a couple days ago my (achievement art) background had reverted back to the regular black and the tile transparency back to normal. I went to the settings to try and change it back but it wouldn't work, I can set them and
they'll stay set, but the home page doesn't show any of it. Not sure if it was because of the March update or if I did or didn't do something.

Anyone got a solution?

In what color is your homescreen shining at you?

Turquoise tiles with full transparency and a Sunset Overdrive background.

I'm having the same issue. Tried hard reset, unplugging the Xbox, changing the background, tile transparency and none of it worked.

 

I have the exact same problem and it began about a week ago. I made a forum thread but no one has yet to answer mine. It may just be a glitch with the March Update, but it is annoying.

 

Hi there all try a hard reset of your console, then try setting achievement art as a background and see if that helps any.

 

Not to sound dumb, but how would I do that? I don't want to mess anything up on my console.

 

Hold your finger over the power button for 5 seconds or until psu light turns orange, wait 20 seconds restart the console and try setting your background up.
