    Having issues trying to look at games in the store. The whole thing won’t load like it’ll only show the pics of the game and the summary part of it but won’t show the top part with most of the game info, where it shows the trailer, and most importantly the
    purchase button. Not sure if anyone’s ever had this problem before plez help

    Won't let me leave the store to go to the home screen and it is not letting me use my apps and games.

    Issue with Microsoft Store

    Hello all,

    Just looking for some advice as I'm having difficulty using the store on Xbox One.

    The store loads but when I click on a game, film or app, the page that shows the details just has a grey screen with the Deals, More Games, Downloads and Search buttons with nothing else.

    Anyone know what to do to fix this?

    Hi!

    Sometimes it can happen, but usually resolves in no time. Try restarting the console (or clear the cache) and try again after a few minutes. It's currently working on my console.

    PC. As I said, I'll click on the app to open it, it starts loading then closes once it finishes.

    Since the issue is happening on both your console and PC I would also suggest setting up a call back from Xbox customer support

    So they can try to maybe make the purchase for you, and to also make sure everything is okay with your account billing information.

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)
