Issue with right Analog stick on my xbox one elite . (Looking for a fix)

First off, this is a like a 3 month old controller now. It has not been dropped once nor handled poorly.

My problem is with the 12'o'clock to around 3-4'o'clock area where after looking in the xbox accessories watching the display move on screen as I move the stick. That area comes inwards instead of going out to the rim of the display.

Therefore, my analog is being pushed back by something and it also makes a small clicking noise as if it is caught on something slightly or if I have something wedged in that spot. Possibly even just a pieces has come loose or broken off.

Playing shooters has become quite tiresome due to trying to turn myself to the right is making me move slower since the analog isn't registering it being pressed all the way to the right in the 12- 4'o'clock region.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Xbox One Elite Controller (Drift Issues)

Recently I experienced drift problems on my xbox one elite controller. On the right analog stick it keeps moving forward and it's annoying when playing shooters because it messes with my aim. Has anyone experienced this problem? If so, is there a way to
fix it without buying a new one or sending the elite controller to xbox to fix it without being charged so much? Help!

My controls are weird on halo 4 multiplayer.. The right analog stick is to move right and left and my left analog stick is to look up and down.. How do I fix that so my right joystick is looking up and down left and right etc.. Anyone know please respond

Unfortunately I don't think there is any work around for this. Your only option really is to send it in for replacement.

You can do this buy first registering your console at devicesupport.microsoft.com and then select replace an accessory for your console. After which you'll be able to select "Elite Wireless Controller" and it'll ask for the PID which can be found in the
battery bay.

Now I'm having the issue of registering my elite controller since it's not an elite console that I own.

The code is the battery area is far too long.

EDIT: Nevermind I figured it out.

 

Now I've gotten down to where I select xbox one elite controller and hit confirm after putting my code in and then nothing happens.

As if the button to confirm is broken.
