Issue with return from Microsoft repair center

to whom it may concern recently I sent in my perfect condition Xbox one in for repairs issues with reading disks. This was the second time I had to send it in, first time the transaction was smooth and fast I sent it in I recieved my console how I sent it
in.. Brand new!! but for some odd reason this second time around I recieved my console with obvious scratch marks all over the top. Has anyone else had this problem and who can I talk to so I can fix it because this is ridiculous i expected much more from
Microsoft .

^^^ Microsoft is not the only authorized repair center. There are many authorized repair centers approved by Microsoft. I sent in my old console into an authorized repair center through walmart and never had an issue and was never open to any enforcement
action.

You would have to return your console from where you bought it and have them know about your issue.

It seems that you are unable to request a repair through Xbox Online Service Center, since Romania is not listed among the supported countries.

This makes me laugh to read, I mean really Microsoft you find this acceptable ?

let me put it to you another way ..

lets just say you bought a new car had issues and took it back for repairs.

when it was returned, not only did it come back with scratches, it's not even the car you took back to them to repair !

how do they get away with it and why do people accept this as normal business practice ?

Sorry to hear it A L A G. When a console is sent it they may send back a refurbished console if the repairs on your console would take too long to do (ie. because of a backlog). If you would like to discuss the condition of the console that you received
back then your best bet here would be to contact phone support to see what they suggest.
