Issue with reputation on XB1 account

Currently my profile on my Xbox One is flagged as "Avoid Me" (most likely thanks to the actions of a group of petty online trolls who've delighted in informing me that they've made reports against me for playing characters in a game that they don't like).

However, when I went to the Enforcement website it tells me that I've got a "Perfect Record" and that I have a "Good Player" reputation. There are also no active enforcement actions for me to be able to submit a review against.

Why is it that I'm being told two different things between console and website? And how can I resolve this situation so I can get back to playing games?

Reposting since my original thread from a week ago was locked as answered despite the "answer" being a cut & paste of "for information on the rep system and how to improve your rep blah blah blah" which is NOT what this is about.

other games?

If I have to go play other games, does that mean the trolls have won, and that people playing games like Overwatch which base matchmaking based on rep are subject to their juvenile whim?

When I went to your profile on console it does show your rep needs work, not avoid me anymore. All I can say is keep playing Online with others, play clean and fair, and it should change in time. It can help if you play Online on multiple games other than
just Overwatch.

 

I was told by phone support to come to the forums to get help with this issue. Didn't think I'd still be waiting for a response a day later...

 

The forums are largely community based, meaning most of us are just regular gamers like yourself so it can take time to receive a response. You are the only one who can improve your rep. Information about how the rep system works and how to improve your
