    Issue with Reporting a problem in latest Alpha.


    So im trying to report an issue with the store... again... on this latest Alpha Skip-Ahead update, but it seem the Beta test version of "Report a Problem" also has an issue of locking up my entire system when trying to report said issue (I have to hard reset) I've tried Uninstalling "Report a Problem" beta, but it doesn't seem to do anything when I "Uninstall All" from "Manage App"

    Further suggestions?

    Side note: Store won't let me post a review on a physical disc game. States "I must own the game to leave a review"

    Thank you for trying that out and letting us know it may be a bug from the preview program.

    I recommend sending out a bug report to the insider team by holding down the Xbox button on the controller to pull up the power menu and you will see an option to

    Report a problem
    . Go ahead and select that and you can describe the issue in detail.

    This should help with gathering data on those experiencing this issue so they can work on a fix.
    This is indeed a known issue within the current Insider update. It was listed in the revision notes from the latest Alpha Skip and Alpha releases. The best advice I'd have at this point is to sit tight and let them work on it.

    This is a known issue that the Dashboard team is working on trying to resolve. Unfortunately the latest Alpha Dashboard release continues to be broken with the exact same problem that you describe for the last 4K clip that I captured before.

    I will continue to test 4K clips in new Alpha Dashboard releases until it is fixed.

    This is a known issue that the Dashboard team is working on trying to resolve. Unfortunately the latest Alpha Dashboard release continues to be broken with the exact same problem that you describe for the last 4K clip that I captured Saturday morning.

    I will continue to test 4K clips in new Alpha Dashboard releases until it is fixed.
