    Issue with Refund from Insider Program


    "Hi, I just bought PUBG on Xbox One and the game is very poorly optimized and we cannot even customize the controls. I know it is a Preview Game but with my condition (I have hemiplegia) I can barely play. I would like to know if there is a refund option
    I am in the insider program but cannot find the option anywhere."

    EDIT: The site bugged out and Hardware was selected for the Forum -_-

    I'm sorry to see any billing issues! We are unable to assist with those here on the forums. If you haven't already, you will want to
    contact us via phone or chat support to have them do a refund. They may need to refund only one, but see if they can provide a token for the other by cancelling the subscription without a refund
    to try to force your Gold subscription to work on your console.

    Please let me know if you hit any snags with this! We can look into our other options from there. Issue with Refund from Insider Program :)

    Insider Program Issues!

    If you recently installed the application, it takes a full 72-hour process for your console to be accepted into the program. When this happens, you should not have the issue anymore.

    Sorry to hear it. Are you in the Xbox Insiders program? If so please check the latest update info from the Insiders Hub. They have made note of this issue happening for those in the program

    The thing is that after you opt out, your console remains in the insider program until the next official update.

    So you might still have the issues from the insider preview program.
