    Hello i dont know if this is the correct place to post but i cant find a better place to post... on this forum...

    I am having an issue with the Xbox One Dashboard and with Xbox.com website since yesterday...

    I cant see my Recent Players on the Friends Tab on the Xbox One Dashboard and on the Xbox.com web site neither but yes on the Xbox App For my Mobile Phone

    As long as i know i am not the only one experiencing this issue. i asked at support but they adviced me to remove and re add my account on Console, an unuseful solution since the problem is reflected on xbox.com website too.

    I am 99.9% sure that this is a servers side related issue.

    But the Xbox Live Status website dont show any problem reported... How can we solve this?

    Elder Scrolls Online and Recent Players List

    I got Elder Scrolls Online yesterday and when I checked my Friends List app on Xbox 1's Dashboard, it DOESN'T show the players who I've recently played with from yesterday or today. I've tried refreshing the Friends List app and hard resetting my console
    and the Recent Players list in Friends App on Xbox 1 doesn't show the players (recent players I've met) for Elder Scrolls Online. Does anyone know why? The Recent Players list shows recent players I met in all other games. Since I got the game (disc version)
    yesterday, I've heard and seen at least 30 people in the game, yet they're not showing up in the recent players list on the Dashboard. PS I'm from NZ.

    this may be posted in the wrong section if i am sorry, for several months not the recent players list does not show up on xbox.com since they revamped the website, even though there is a tab showing " recent players" everytime i go there it is empty even
    though i have played with hundreds of people in the past few months, this is highly annoying as i used it to quickly communicate with people, i realize you can look at your console and see, but what i wanna know is why it will not show up on xbox.com, if you
    guys were gonna remove that feature so be it, but tdon't leave a tab up implying recent players show up... so whats going on

    I sorted out this issue... it happends only after you play Battlefield 1 Open Beta... apparently the XBL system dont register the recent players that you played on Battlefield 1 Open Beta.... then that is the real reason Issue with Recent Players on Xbox One Dashboard and xbox.com Website :)

    If someone is having the same problem this can help they...

    Hi Felixx,

    I have no issues with logging in and navigating my Microsoft account on the Microsoft website. I have also logged out and logged back into Microsoft just to be sure, but have had no issues with doing so.

    I just went to Xbox.com and was able to sign into my account and navigate around the settings.

    Are you able to go to account.microsoft.com and sign into your Microsoft account?

    The fact that you're having this issue on multiple devices and browsers is strange.
