    Hello, I preordered a digital copy of Deadpool via the Movies & TV section. (Order # 567453557453204041) but it does not include any of the bonus content like deleted scenes, gag reel, etc. It's the same purchase price and title (Deadpool+Bonus) as the version
    available on release date. Any idea why the additional content is missing?

    Does it give you a specific error when you try to play the movie?
    This page has some troubleshooting steps that might help with your issue
    , and there is also an option in the menu to "Restore Purchase" which I've had to do before to recognize recent purchases.

    After trying those steps, if you still have issues, let us know, and we can help troubleshoot further.

    Have you tried downloading the movie to your console's hard drive? If you just recently purchased the movie you should have that option.

    Also, can you please run an internet speed test at speedtest.net then post the results?
