    Issue with purchasing Overwatch Anniversary Loot Boxes


    With the recent Overwatch update and Anniversary event going on, I tried purchasing some of the loot boxes, but when the store screen comes up and gives me the option to either "$X.XX (Purchase)" or "Redeem Code," selecting the "$X.XX (Purchase)" option
    takes me to the payment select screen and then immediately freezes. This has been going on since yesterday after numerous attempts and restarting my system.

    Is there any fix to this?

    Ok, after AGG xGREYx HG's post I done a little investigating myself. I went to the store to try and buy an ESO Crown Pack, which I have purchased many times over. Guess what? Same problem! It says it is already owned. Microsoft please get this issue fixed
    ASAP!

    Thank you Mister Beep. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Overwatch and that did not work, but doing a factory restore and selecting "Reset and keep my games and apps" fixed it.

    I don't think we can stop this. Mobile gaming is huge on loot boxes. Popular games like Overwatch don't help the issue either.
