Issue with purchasing an Xbox game

I went to purchase Halo 5 from the Xbox store yesterday 28th December. It said on a deal that if you have Xbox live gold you can get the game for a cheaper price. Knowing that I have Xbox live gold I went to buy the game however it told me I did not have
gold. I contacted microsoft supported about this who said that there was an issue with the store and that I should wait 24hours and try to buy it again! so today I went to purchase the game again... however when I went to buy it it's gone back to its full
price!!!!! I contacted Microsoft support again this evening under reference [Mod Removed] who tried there best to help but said there's something wrong with both the accounts and to get the discount I'd need you to help me! If you could contact
me and help it would be much appreciated. Thanks jaz

I put $190 on my account and got the DIGITAL DELUX verson of CALL OF DUTY© INFINITE WARFARE for $100 and it didnt take the money.

Sorry to hear about the issue. If you check your
My Services and Subscriptions page on your Commerce account, do you see an active Xbox Live Gold subscription listed? As you noted, the sale for Halo 5 was for people with active Gold memberships so if you're showing a Gold membership there, could you provide
us with a screenshot so we can investigate a bit more?
