    Issue with purchasing a new game


    My son is trying to purchase a new game online. He is trying to make a payment through the money his parent sent to him on his microsoft family account but unfortunately this option of payment can not be found. How can he do that?

    Hey, Pert519! I can see that you are for sure in the preview program. If you made the purchases on your console, then you will not be able to download the games to other consoles. This is listed in the known issues section of the update thread in the
    Update Preview Forums. You will want to look at the instructions there for further assistance. Thanks for understanding!

    Downloaded content is tied to the account that purchased it and the console it was purchased on. You can redownload the games on the new hard drive without any issues.
