    I am having an issue with the color of my profile background, I have it set to blue, but everybody else sees green including my self if I search for my gt or check the party. I was directed to come to the forums by a Microsoft helper because even he could
    not solve the issue. it's such a concern for me to get this bug addressed and fixed because I am not fond of the color green . We've tried resetting my Xbox, factory reset it, unplugged my console, checked network connection, tried changing the color on
    the website, nothing seemed to have a solution.

    Achievement Art Background

    Since the Spring 2017 Update, I've been having an issue with Achievement Art being used as the profile background. I currently have 5 profiles on my Xbox One (one for each family member). After a restart, once a profile is signed in, all other profiles
    show the same Achievement Art background and cannot be changed. No issues are noticed with a color only background. Have tried a power cycle and changing all profiles to color only; but once Achievement Art is turned on for one profile again, it shows for
    all. I'm lost on any ideas to fix if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks for your help.

    Pins are in the cloud.

    Just like your profile color, your dashboard background, your gamerpic, etc. etc.

    Transparency only works when you have custom or achievement art selected as background, Try setting an achievement as a background then change back to solid background colour of your choice .

    I just had the same issue, was recommended to turn off high contrast option through: settings, ease of access. Hope this helps your case.
