    Issue with new Xbox disconnecting from games randomly


    Ever since we got new Xbox series x games such as Fortnite and Forza randomly disconnect. This never happened with Xbox s. We have 2 other xboxs near each other which have no issues

    My Xbox Live keeps dropping partys and (Xbox Live) will disconnect and also It will kick me from online multiplayer games saying that the server disconnected

    If youve only been doing this recently it might be that new update xbox had earlier. this week. me and my friends have been randomly disconnecting from party and signing off randomly as well

    Sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with this issue.

    If I were you and it randomly disconnects from your network like that, I would try to follow the instructions on our guide at "My Xbox One
    is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live    " for the best steps on how to resolve that.

    Give those steps a shot and let us know how it helped in resolution of your issue.

    Lol! 2 separate issues,... this one, and my xbox live randomly disconnecting. So, I found online help for the disconnect issue, through troubleshooting discovered it was because headset was left on. I turned it off, no more connection issues, and new address'
