Issue with my xbox one controller and Maintenance and repair of a device service

Hello, I would like to have my Xbox One controller repaired which has not worked for a week but unable to register it in the repair medium. Here is the message:

We are sorry, but an error has occurred on our side. Try again later. (S0Cwn8pchkKCeADB. 0)

Warranty of xbox one controller

I bought an xbox one controller and came with a mechanical issue on the right bumper but. I can't give it back to the store because I lost the ticket so my question is: An xbox one controller has warranty on the Microsoft device service?, can I send it
to microsoft so they can repair it?.

 

Xbox one Elite Controller grips - Rubber falling off.

I believe they will repair or replace the grips if you send them in for service.

You will put in a service request here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
under your console. Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Elite Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.

If you are not able to create a repair order online can you first please try clearing your browser history and cached information plus try using an alternate browser to see if this allows you to create the service request. If you are still not able to raise
a service request can you please try contacting the Xbox support team directly by using the
Contact us link and then select either the option to Chat with Xbox Support or Request a phone support and they should be able to assist with creating a service request.

 

Just an FYI there are no repairs for controllers, only replacement if in warranty. If you're in the states and you've had your controller more than 90 days, not much that they can do on this.

But call Xbox Support to verify.

 

I have clear history and change browser but not work.

When i choose my problem with contact us link i have only 2 choice : Twitter or post on this

It's not your browser.

You can't create a repair order for a controller.

Contact Xbox Support to confirm.

Again, Xbox accessories have a 90 day warranty. If you're controller is within that 90 day period, xbox support will most likely need a copy of the receipt since they would be the only ones to create a "repair order" (its an exchange if its within warranty)
for the controller.
