    issue with my Tom Clancy's Ghost recon wildlands game


    Hi everyone,

    about one week ago I bought Tom Clancy's Ghost recon wildlands game online, and since then the game doesn't work. When I try to play it, it start, I have the first images and then nothing, i got a black screen with no error message and it just send me back
    to my xbox menu. I've never have the opportunity to play to it.

    I'd like to know if someone is in the same place than me, and of course if there is a solution.

    I'm also trying to get in touch with xbox services but it's kinda hard to get them on the phone. Is it possible to ask for a refund?

    Before request a refund, try to make some attempts. Try clearing the cache from the console with

    power cycle     and try to start the game again.

    I tried everything and still get the same issue. Cant's ask for a refund according to microsoft cause i bought it more than 5 days ago... don't know what to do.
