    Issue with Minecraft redemption


    I bought the console and received minecraft builders pack in the purchase. After redeeming it, the system says I have it (online xbox.com) however not showin up on console. From comments on page this seems to be a regular issue. Know the fix?

    Go to the Minecraft gift card redemption page.

    There is 25 letter in a redeem code of minecraft java edition but mine is 15 and I ordered it from amazon

    All of Microsoft's redemption codes are 25-bit, is it possible that you got a Minecraft redemption code for another platform, such as PlayStation?

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues locating your capes.

    - To clarify, are these capes showing on your Microsoft Account's Order History? you can see this at: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If they are, it means they were successfully redeemed.

    - May I ask which version of Minecraft you are playing? Currently, the Twitch and TikTok capes are only available in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, but they will be in Java Edition by July 8.
