Issue With Microsoft XBL Profile Interactions - COD Time Out

Lately, just over the weekends, I have been getting the following error after reporting and blocking a player using their XBL Player Card (not the Social Menu in the game, but even then once in a while).

"Something Went Wrong, but all your items are not lost. Please reboot the game to redeem them."

I find it odd that it happens EVERY TIME I use their player card (profile) on the XBox Live Network that it times out or whatever is happening. Yes, the isue only seems to happen playing COD yet still its with the Microsoft side that causes the crash.

It seems to be a Microsoft-Activision communication reporting issue and since it deals with the actual XBL interactions of other Microsoft Xbox Accounts.

Any clues why this happens every single time, and usually only over the weekend?

EDIT: This is extremely repeatable. Since I am not sure who was actually doing the cheating, I tried with each XBL profile after a COD match and its fine until I interact with the XBL Report/Block system.

Have also uninstalled the old version and re-installed the newest game version and this issue is still happening ONLY on one XBL profile.

can you try clearing the game cache on the console for me?

I would also block any players in game as well as on Xbox

Thank you for your attention. I apologize it has taken me so long to get back.

I have tried the following and the issue still remains:

1) Clearing game cache

2) Cleaning saved game data

3) Removing/reinstalling the game

I am no longer able to block players for some reason from this profile when in game (using the game social menu). I used to be able to but now it acts like I didn't even try. It lets me choose the option but does not block them and gives me the option
again to block them. I have already contacted Activision for that particular issue but maybe its whatever happening to my profile communication as well.

Also, this issue ONLY
happens on one profile. I can use my other profiles in the same manner and have no issue at all.

That deeply suggests something on the XBox side of things. If it were a game bug it would happen with ANY profile on my XBox.

...and just now, this happened and it got stuck in a loop saying "Checking For Update" then "A required network service has failed. Status: GOLDFLAKE" then back again... over and over... you get the idea....

Yet my XBox settings said there was no issue with any services or my network. I restarted the game and no issues, other than my OP.
