    Issue with Microsoft Jigsaw


    Hi Support,

    I recently had to reinstall jigsaw due to an issue with messages telling me I could not login and that there was an in app purchase issue......

    Another support post suggested unistalling and reinstalling.

    Since doing that ALL of my medal achievements have disappeared.

    Is it possible to get them back as the total "coinage" score is there and I am logged on with my usual xbox login.

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up

    Gee... like as an IT professional of 38 years I did not already do that..... My concern is that Microsoft are supposed to support this program and "save" results in the cloud. If I cannot retrieve information that is supposed to
    be saved, then I am glad I do not store important information on Microsoft's cloud servers. I think that this type of structure needs to be looked at before MS get an even worse rap then they already, having read all the other issues from people that have
    PAID for the game as well...
