    Issue with Microsoft account online not syncing with Xbox one console


    when I login to Microsoft account from my laptop it says I have Xbox live till 9/11/17. Console says I need to purchase live like the subscriptions expired. I have the auto pay setup it bills my credit card same time every month. The login and password I'm
    using is the same on both the laptop and the console. Do I need to sync the console to the account somehow?

    Wife is having the same issue with her Microsoft account. Mine is fine online, but cannot sign either into XBox One profiles on the console.

    "Offline" Profile even i connect to internet

    Hi Team,

    My Profile on Xbox One s is always showing as "Offline" even i connect to Internet.

    When Opening Apps/Games , Screen with "Syncing Data with ......" and failing. I am forced to use Apps/Games Offline.

    When I first configured my Console after unboxing my account showed as "Online".

    What is the isses ? Same "Offline" profile issue after subscribing to Xbox Live Gold.

    My NAT type is Open. Connected with IP4.

    Try contacting Epic and explaining your problem, but I believe it's a sync issue between your console and your online account, which may be caused by too many online gamers on Xbox Live in recent weeks.

    While in college i signed in my account o my roommates xbox one because i didnt have one at the time but knew i would be getting one sometime soon. So i played Forza 7 on his console on my microsoft account

    Are you sure you are using the same Microsoft Account email that you used back then on your roommates Xbox console?

    Since your game progress is usually saved in the cloud (if the console has an online connection), your new console should sync that cloud save to your console, as long as you really use the same Microsoft Account email.

    Can you sign in on https://account.xbox.com/Profile with your account on a webbrowser, and check your achievement history?

    If you unlocked achievements on your roommate's console, they should show up there.

    If there are no achievements, you used a different email for your account.

    Why you are loosing me as a Xbox customer

    There is only a
    limited queue     for achievements when your Xbox One console is used to unlock achievements offline. Piling up thousands of gamerscore points offline is not likely to sync successfully.

    Since achievements are ultimately logged online, you must connect your console to the internet every once in a while to sync it with your Xbox account.

    This can be a sync issue (because it just started to happen 2 days ago) or this can really be a privacy setting issue. If this is a privacy setting issue, you will need to ask your parents to add you to a family group and change your privacy settings for you. Please refer to:

    But you can try to remove and add your account on the device you're playing to see if this is just a sync issue. Are you trying to play it on console or PC?
