Issue with installing battlefield V from gamepass

Remove the game, reset your console, install and try again.

Reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your email and password.***

Same issue trying to install Battlefield 1

EDIT: If you open the EA desktop app you should be able to download and install the games from there just not through gamepass like you normally do.

I'm from Brazil, I've never had any problem installing games via gamepass pc but battlefield 5 doesn't want to install at all

Battlefield V known issues and bugs. You're more than welcome to go over that list as well as on that list it allows you to contact EA support as well if you'd like to report any new bugs/ issues to them in regards to the game.

As well as they have an article to

Well no gamepass games downloaded via gamepass are sharable but you cant install from other profiles only gold benefits transfer between home console profiles

BUT EA play games like battlefield 5 arent gold benefit its a gamepass benefit and are tied to gamepaas users only so only the gamepass holder get ea play benefita
