Issue with headset????

Bought a new headset . I can chat in party fine but I can't hear in public games.

Also the strange this is I can press the mute for orange line to appear but when I press the + or - for volume it doesn't beep ?

Please help as I wasted 2 hrs of my life trying to get help on chat.

There are 3 accounts on my 360 and they can all use the DLC could just be that the main account that has the season pass has always been signed in

i have raams shadow dlc on our system and my son actually dl'd it and it WAS working on all 3 of our accounts at one point now me and one of my sons can NOT play any MP games online. dont tell me were the only ones this happened to!!

Hey TopDogin! What is your NAT showing as when you test the network connection? Additionally, do you hear the beep of the volume if you maximize it and press it again? Post back and let me know!

I haven't, but the wireless connects direct, not through the controller, so I dont think that's it? I will try though!

Just to edit and add something - all 3 controllers we have work perfectly otherwise. It just seems to be a problem with reading that the headset is attached.

Updating my controller with the headset plugged in worked for me
