    Issue with Gold Account


    I purchased my xbox gold account and had 3 separate charges for $9.99. One of them reversed yet the other two went thru and gold was working fine for about 2 days. Now its saying that my subscription expired the day that I actually purchased the additional
    months. What the heck is going on?!?! I'm not going to keep racking up charges on my card because you can't properly provide a service. Do I need to dispute these charges or is there a way I can actually have access to what I purchased? Very frustrated
    considering when I finally have time to play I am having to deal with these type of issues!

    Gold on 360 and One

    I'm having some issues at the moment with Fifa 14 and multiple gold accounts on the XB1.

    My account with Gold is on the XB1, my son who has XB360 in his bedroom also has gold. But after installing FIFA14 under my profile and then adding my sons XBL gold account, I can access the online part of the game, but my son gets the following message:

    "your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature"

    Should we both have access to FIFA14 online? Or is it restricted to the profile that downloaded it?

    Multiplayer games that dont require Gold account?

    If it's an issue from splitscreening creating an account won't solve anything, but if it's an issue of guest accounts not being allowed all he needs to do is make an account, since he's sharing an X1 with someone else as long as that person that has Gold he'll have Gold.

    No, this issue was happening when I had the Gold account. It's the reason I never resubscribed for a Gold account.

    A gold subscription is the only thing needed to play online. If the gold is on your account and you are sharing it to your kids, then that shouldn't be the issue. If you're getting your gold from your kids, then that may be the issue. A lot of people have
    reporting that getting gold directly on their account is a fix.

    GameSharing isn't working

    If you have set the account that owns the gold membership and has claimed the games with gold, (to play games with gold you need an ongoing gold membership) the other account in that console should have no issues.

    there should not be issues if you are making a new account it gives you a month of gold but if you r already on a gold account the month of free gold should not be poping up if u r having issues u might need to go to the store and buy a month or more of
