Issue with Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard

The terms and conditions clearly state...

How to Receive the Offer: During the Offer Period, eligible Xbox Live

Rewards members can pre-order one (1) digital game (any edition) from

the list provided here from the Xbox Store to receive one (1) punch.

Once he/she receives three (3) punches, he/she will receive 15,000

    Rewards Credits (the “Offer”).

I preordered three games from this list Dead Rising 4, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and WWE 2K17 and have only received two punches and not three. It shows the games listed as preordered on the page (Xbox Live Rewards)
and shows the counter at 2 instead of three.

Purchased Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe- Did not receive the MyVIP Percentage Back

Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

    punch card not working!

Hi JTREADY. Your pre-order of The Evil Within 2 and Shadow of War went towards last quarter's Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you completed that offer, Rewards Credits were awarded back in August. Your pre-order of South Park was made on September
    4. The current Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard began October 1. For pre-orders to qualify, they need to be made during the offer period.

Issue with Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard

    Hello breakshot4,

It looks like your purchase of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 was not punched properly, due to the system incorrectly using the US release date instead of the release date for your region. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust this manually, and you should
    see the changes shortly.
