Issue with Gamertag and linked email

Hi, I wonder what should I do when my account is "suspended because payment issues"(or something along those lines) and when I login to try to fix the problem, it shows me a different profile (Im fairly sure the email Im using to login is the same as the
suspended account).

Why Xbox can not support to give us the email that linked with Gamer tag in case we forgot it ??

i have the same issue and i sent to them my Console home pictures to make sure that i'm the one using my profile not hacking to anyone else, and for sure in the database they can find the email that linked to gamertags , but needs
more expert team to try ti help us

This incident means losing money and losing game savings and records , and start with a new account from beginning ( this is not a professional support to try to remember my old emails , and you have the username ( gamertag ) that for sure must be linked
under an email address )

so you can ask for a console ID , or S/N with my sent pictures , all of this are a guarantee to me for a security , but when you say that we can give you this type of information , that means i have to go to another universe to help ????????????

and feeling sick from your support , really iam sick this days ........

If any of you guys get a problem Harmonix are asking people with linking problems to email L: [email protected] and to include your gamertag and they will try and sort it. There are people who cannot link in the US and this seems to be an ongoing issue that they are trying to resolve. Hope this helps people who are struggling!
