    Issue with Game Clips


    I was recently playing RBI Baseball 15 while I was trying to record any nice game clips that I had and put them on youtube. I used the command "Xbox, record that.", and I had many clips. However, I was checking my game clips on my account on xbox.com and
    all I saw were automatically recorded fifa game clips. Do you know if there is a way where I can access the clips on xbox.com so I can save them on my computer?

    April update messing with disk drive

    so I got the latest update and its sorted out my disc drive problems with the not reading discs and the disc going back in the console straight away but I now I have an annoying issue witch is

    the gamer clips record even tho I haven't got gamer clips turned on to record clips

    then when I go and check what has been recorded there are no clips

    so it looks like xbox has fixed one issue but now has another issue

    does anybody else has this issue

    Hi!

    It depends on the connection speed. A slow line takes a bit of time to load clips on the cloud. If clips are displayed on the console, it's just a slow upload problem, so just wait.

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Game Clips. To help clarify the issue a bit more:

    • Is this the only game the feature does not work on?
    • What is the error message you are receiving?
    One thing I recommend to check is the OneDrive memory space. Game clips are usually automatically sent to the OneDrive.

    Recorded game clips

    Since this happens every time I record a game clip I doubt every game clip is corrupted. This happens when I record a clip then upload that clip to Xbox. Usually when I record a game clip I am online with friends. This problem gets really frustrating since
    it happens every time I view the clip after it finishes uploading resulting in me getting kicked from my online session. As far as I can tell this is not supposed to happen. This has been happening as long as I can remember. I've had issues before that have
