issue with FC25

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues playing FC25.

May I ask when did you install this game? The full version of EA FC25 has not been released as part of the Game Pass Ultimate catalog. Currently, the only ways to play this game with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription are 1) Using EA Play's 10-hour trial or 2) Downloading EA FC25 Showcase.

This game was just recently featured in Xbox "Free Play Days", which allowed Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Standard, and Core members to try the full version of EA FC25 and other EA games from Thursday January 16 at 12:01am Pacific until Sunday, January 19 at 11:59 Pacific.

If you downloaded the game during its "Free Play Days", it would explain why you are only able to play EA FC25 Showcase now.

Are you sure you haven't already used up those trial hours?

If so, Please try the following steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Remove your account from the console (You need to have your email address handy so that you can log in later).

2. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

3. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

4. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

5. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

6. Log in to your account again.

I understand that you want to play FC25 however the game doesn't open.

Please update your system and drivers. Make sure that your operating system and all drivers (especially graphics drivers) are up to date.

And then disable startup programs. You can do this by opening Task Manager, going to the Startup tab, and disabling unnecessary programs.

Next is to run as Administrator. Please right-click on the game executable and selecting "Run as administrator."

Then check for conflicting software. Other software (like antivirus programs) can interfere with the game. Temporarily disabling them to see if that helps.

Kindly uninstall the game and then reinstall it in order for the corrupted files will be deleted.

from the way u talk i think it u not the xbox man i don tthink u grasp the fact that u have 2 chat channels destinys and the snap feature if ur in feature u will not hear the ppl in the game unless there in the snap party chat or vice versa most games work
