Issue with elite series 2 dpad.

thanks for the reply, i just am not sure what these things look like. i cant seem to find anything to show me what these are, as I've looked them up ut my computer is under administration so these things are blocked. can you maybe explain what they look like and where they are located? thanks in advance.

According to the information you have provided me, the D-pad on your Elite Series 2 controller is not clicking and completely unresponsive. You've checked under the faceplate and under the inside of the D-pad and haven't seen anything that looks wrong.

The problem is probably a fault in the mechanism and contacts of the D-pad of the Elite Series 2 control.

So unfortunately you will have to send them for repair.

You can do that with the Elite Series 2 controller. You have to add your home theater to your Xbox if you haven't already.

Using the Xbox Accessories app I added the Volume up, down and mute to the dpad up, down and right to my 3rd preset on my Elite Series 2 controller.
