Issue with downloading game that has been already purchased

Everytime I try to download Burnout Paradise, the button says "Purchase; -1" what does this mean?

I'm not able to download a newly purchased game. it starts downloading the game and after a while just stops the installation for no reason. the xbox pops a screen up saying "your disc might be dirty or damaged. try cleaning it, or chooe a different disc.
(0x87e000064)". this is a brand new game and there is nothing wrong with the disc. I am apart of the preview dashboard and the last update has been giving me problems with downloading games and apps. it constantly tries to download hulu which i already have
downloaded and notifies all of the time that the installation has stopped. i need help downloading this game, is there a way to get rid of the new update or opt out of the preview program some how. i just want to play my game i purchased with the xbox live
i purchased and i cant do that without downloading this game. please help thank you.

When i go to purchase the Xbox 360 version here on this site, it says it has already been purchased and has been added to my download queue.

If the code has already been used then you will need to contact who you purchased the code from to try to resolve the issue. If you have already redeemed the code previously then all you should need to do is go to your game library and re download the game
from here.

Currently their are some issues with downloading, redeeming or purchasing games.

I don't know for sure if this also affects already downloaded games on a machine that has been reset.

You won't receive a code for the game. The game should show as free to download from the marketplace as long as the game was pre-purchased (meaning the money has already been taken).
